Job Description 
1. Sales Strategies
Develop plan to recruit national and international students.

2. Customer Satisfaction
Develop strategies for customer retention, satisfaction, loyalty and referral.

3. Sales Targets
Set up objectives targets and ensure the team achieves sales targets.

4. Marketing Plans
Create plan to get more leads and elevate the brand awareness.

5. Metrics Analysis
Track the sales and marketing data, analyze and report the results management.

6. Revenue Forecasting
Forecast annual and quarterly revenues.

7. Budget Management 
Develop, manage and report the budget annually.

8. Curriculum Development
Contribute to the design and development of the curriculum.

9. Conflict Resolution
Help resolve any issues that arise among staff or students.


Qualifications 
7-10 years of experience leading regional sales or marketing teams in international company, with a proven track record of transforming high-performing sales teams.
 Previous experience in higher education student recruitment is a must.
 Fluent in French and English. Portuguese will be an asset.
 Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
 Experience in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy.
