Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation and benefit program including payroll calculation, and reimbursement process
 - Responsible for recruitment process
 - Create and implement HRGA Procedure in accordance with current Indonesian law
 Manage the Organization Development, Job Analysis, and performance management system
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma Degree in any major
 - Able to speak English
 - Experienced in HRGA Manager
 - Must have experience in Construction industry or construction project
 - Wiling to work at site project
