- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Certified advocate license)
- Experience in Industrial Relation, Labor Law, corporate legal, ISO 31000, ISO 317001, SDG, CSR
- Good English both written and verbally
- Demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing company As IR & Legal min 3 years
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
