Job Descriptions:
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks) and ensure system reliability and security.
Oversee data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
Lead application development and ensure smooth system integration across departments.
Provide technical support, guide UAT, and deliver user training.
Conduct security audits and monitor IT risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Informatics, or related field.
Min. 10 years of experience in IT development and infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networks, firewalls, switches, and endpoint security.
Experience with network configuration (IP, VLAN, VPN) and basic network architecture.
Proven experience in IT projects and building applications/systems.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent communication, teamwork, integrity, innovation, and negotiation skills.
Preferably holds certifications such as: MCITP, MCTS, CCNA, Security+, ENSA, CISSP.
