Responsibilities:
- Managing group to create and move deals through the pipeline and achieve company targer
- Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
- Making good coordination with all departments
- Responsible in overall sales activity
- Account maintenance and monitoring
- Achieving target which set by management
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients

- Has a different way or creative way on achieving target or make a
goal
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
(IT background is an advantage).
- At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing function
or equivalent (from IT Solution japanese company is an advantage).
- Sales proposal creation with team or independently.
- Excellent Presentation skill (company profile, solution overview,
etc.).
- Powerful closing and negotiation skill.
- Customer oriented and good sales track record , ever working for
Japanese company is an advantage.
- Excellent personality, positive attitude and open minded.
- Has good track record on achieving sales target
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate, dynamic, attractive and able
to achieve tight work deadline with creative way
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated
- Able to communicate actively in English both oral and written is a
must.
- Willing to work in Jakarta area.
