We are assisting our client in one of the biggest industrial automation industries in Indonesia. For this position, you are required to work on-site at Sunter, North Jakarta.
About the Role
- Making a high-level Project Alignment with SO Business Strategy together with BRM and BSM.
- Create execution strategy and high-level Project Planning as Program Manager.
- Conducting PDCA both internal team and with external users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Reviewing and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 education in IT-related field.
- Have experience in the IT field, especially as a Program Manager and Scrum Master, at least 5 years.
- Mastering Project Management with Agile methods.
- Have adequate communication skills, especially in negotiations and presentations.
- Have the ability to manage and coordinate across organizations.
- Have the ability to mitigate risks.
- Have the ability to develop people as leaders.
