Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation and translation of documents, reports, and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Coordinate and manage communication between Japanese stakeholders and local teams.
- Handle office management tasks such as procurement of office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Japanese Literature.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English. Proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Previous experience in a business administration or related role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
