Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the preparation and translation of documents, reports, and presentations from Japanese to English and vice versa.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between Japanese stakeholders and local teams.
  • Handle office management tasks such as procurement of office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Japanese Literature. 
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English. Proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a business administration or related role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
