Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate operational activities across departments.
Supervise and develop local staff performance.
Manage relationships and negotiations with local vendors and partners.
Report regularly to the Japan HQ on operational KPIs.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in a Japanese-affiliated company.
Proven track record in managing multicultural teams, especially local Indonesian staff.
Strong understanding of business practices in the telecommunications or technology sector.
Business-level English and conversational Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and reporting lines.
