Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate operational activities across departments.
- Supervise and develop local staff performance.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with local vendors and partners.
- Report regularly to the Japan HQ on operational KPIs.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in a Japanese-affiliated company.
- Proven track record in managing multicultural teams, especially local Indonesian staff.
- Strong understanding of business practices in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Business-level English and conversational Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and reporting lines.
