Job Description:
- Create a tryout schedule for making prototypes/samples (assembly section). 
- Prepare and review jigs/tools for the purposes of making prototypes/samples (assembly parts), as well as discussing changes/improvements with related departments. 
- Carry out the product assembly trial process both internally and with subcont. 
- Coordinating with the production department for borrowing machines and carrying out tryouts. 
- Create a test report. Tryout contains parameter settings and problems that occur during the trial assembly process. 
- Submit tryout results to Quality Assurance for prototype/sample evaluation purposes. 
- Improvements after trials, whether from process, jig or tool. 
- Control the progress of the preparation of the new model and make monthly reports on the progress schedule for the new model that has been created. 
- Reviewing process flow documents, layout designs, work instruction, standard parameters created by Kaizen staff. 
- Carrying out improvements continuous improvements (continuous improvements). 
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering. 
- Has a minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering with welding experience. Robot welding would be preferable.
