- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Establish sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the sales team, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback, guidance, and support to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery or equipment industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
