In this role you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationship with their valuable clients for the Kalimantan Region.
Job Description:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Establish sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the sales team, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery or equipment industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Willingness to travel as needed.
