A leading local company in the food ingredient industry is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Focus on sales of products for the sweet division and beverage flavor, including collagen casing, functional powders (e.g., soy protein, tapioca starch), and custom flavorings.
Develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients in the food and beverage industry.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of flavors and ingredients.
Collaborate with our R&D team to support product development and provide technical assistance to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients, flavors, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of the food and beverage market in Indonesia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Technology, Food Science, Business Administration) is a plus.
