Sales Japanese Speaker

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
·      Drive sales activities and build strong relationships with Japanese company customers
·      Visit, engage, and maintain communication with existing and potential clients
·      Handle inquiries and manage documentation (quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes)
·      Coordinate with subsidiaries in Japan and overseas suppliers for item orders
·      Monitor delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
·      Acquire new customers through company and product presentations (primarily Japanese companies in Jabodetabek, Cikarang, and Sukabumi)
·      Collaborate with internal teams and report directly to the Japanese Director
·      Support other related tasks as assigned

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
·      Japanese language proficiency: Business level (minimum JLPT N3)
·      English language proficiency: Daily Conversational Level
·      Experience working in Japanese companies or previously worked as Sales Japanese Speaker is a MUST
·      Strong communication and negotiation skills
·      Attention to detail
·      Driving license is an advantage
