Job Description:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry, particularly in Flexible Packaging or Shrink Sleeves.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of sales experience in the packaging industry, specifically in Flexible Packaging or Shrink Sleeve.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum diploma qualification.
