We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Sales Manager who is motivated to drive business growth within the industry of Trading and Retail company.
Job Descriptions
Selling full range of hygiene and industrial cleaning products.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, primarily Japanese companies.
Effectively persuading clients and clearly explaining the key benefits and selling points of company high-quality products.
Conducting product demonstration, facilitate training for sub-ordinates or customers.
Handle end-to-end sales management process, AR, PO, sales budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications
Min. of 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Japanese Speaker.
Experience selling B2B products, dealing with clients from manufacturing, F&B, FMCG, or related fields.
Experience in sales planning, sales forecasting, reporting, including AR, etc.
Proficient in Japanese (Min. JLPT N3/Equivalent).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing team members.
