Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers, handling all correspondence and ensuring strong communication.
Create and analyze budgets, manage price trends, check quotations, and handle accounts receivable (AR) collection.
Oversee the collection and analysis of Forecast (FC) and Purchase Order (PO) data, manage inventory, and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Control and negotiate customer claims to ensure high-quality standards.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in both Japanese and English (JLPT Min. N3/N2).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese customers.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis).
Skilled in creating professional reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
Demonstrated skills in team building, leadership, and Horenso.
