Job Descriptions:
Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for the full range of medical disposable products (e.g., gloves, syringes, IV sets, wound care, surgical kits, etc.).
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within acute care facilities, hospitals, and surgical centers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, including physicians, nurses, materials managers, Value Analysis Committees (VACs), and hospital administration.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with hospital staff, focusing on clinical champions, department heads (e.g., OR, ICU), and procurement personnel.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the medical device or disposable products industry targeting hospitals.
Min. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Demonstrable understanding of the hospital sales cycle, procurement processes, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
