Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
 - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
 - Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
 - Achieve sales targets through strategic outreach and negotiation.
- Understand steel grades, specifications, and applications.
- Advise clients on suitable products based on their needs.
- Report sales activities and forecasts to management.
 - Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
 - Identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in steel trading or industrial sales.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of studies 
 - Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Business-level English proficiency
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
 - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
