Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company’s budget and control it to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and control company cash flow to ensure availability of operational funds.
- Manage accounting functions in processing financial data and information to produce accurate financial reports.
- Review and analyze the preparation of standard product costing.
- Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing processes to ensure accuracy in the ERP system.
- Validate COGM and COGS in the system.
- Review RAB (budget plans) and prepare RM budgets.
- Prepare audited financial statements and work closely with external auditors.
- Coordinate with related departments on cost reduction, alternative solutions, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and controlling systems, procedures, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience in planning, organizing, and controlling cash flow and company budgeting.
- Able to prepare work targets, work plans, and SOPs to support FAT department operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong capability in standard product costing and RAB preparation.
- Honest, responsible, and has good communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime if required, able to work with targets and under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Placement: Gunung Sindur – Bogor. Nearby Tangerang Selatan.
Employment status: 6-month contract, then permanent.
