Responsibilities
- Manage the entire technical process, from overseeing product orders and imports to installation and final client delivery.
- Lead the installation of mechanical products at client sites and perform regular maintenance.
- Supervise, train, and mentor local assistant engineers to ensure smooth product installation and maintenance.
- Facilitate clear communication between the Japanese Manager and local staff.
Requirements
- Strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
- Holds JLPT N3 or able to communicate in Business Japanese.
- Min. 5 years' experience in a technical engineering role, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Familiar troubleshoot technical issues and lead a team in finding effective solutions.
