1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Experience in manufacturing industry highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS basics, and Indonesian taxation.
5. Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, JDE).
6. Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
7. Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
