- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in manufacturing industry highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS basics, and Indonesian taxation.
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, JDE).
- Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
