Responsibilities
- Manage sales promotions, new project development, and customer claim handling.
- Oversee production control, import/export coordination, and certification documentation.
- Support factory audits and manage registration of design or specification changes.
- Conduct market research, including dealer interviews and motorshow analysis.
- Share local market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights with HQ.
- Handle budget planning, monthly forecasting, and result reporting.
- Monitor sales KPIs and adjust plans to ensure target achievement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in automotive sales, B2B account management, or manufacturing-related sales operations.
- Experience handling OEM, Tier‑1, or distributor accounts is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry processes (RFQ, PPAP, production planning, logistics, import/export).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of forecasting, cost analysis, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive working style.
