JAC Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-established multinational company in the Tobacco sector. In line with their business expansion, our client is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and oversee the Commercial Department, covering Finance & Accounting, Tax, HR, Legal, IT, and General Administration.
 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
2. 10+ years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
3. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with responsibility for Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and General Administration.
4. Fluent in English with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational / international environment.
    

Responsibilities

1. Controlling & Finance
   Financial reporting & KPI monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
2. Taxes
   Tax compliance (direct & indirect), coordination with tax advisors, and transfer pricing documentation.
3. HR
   Oversee recruitment, performance management, C&B, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
4. Legal
   Contract management, regulatory compliance, liaison with authorities, and support governance & compliance programs.
5. Purchasing & Logistics
   Supervise procurement activities and manage tobacco transportation & export documentation.
6. IT
   Provide first-level IT support and coordinate with Group IT Team.
