JAC Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-established multinational company in the Tobacco sector. In line with their business expansion, our client is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and oversee the Commercial Department, covering Finance & Accounting, Tax, HR, Legal, IT, and General Administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role with responsibility for Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and General Administration.
- Fluent in English with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational / international environment.
Responsibilities
- Controlling & Finance
Financial reporting & KPI monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. - Taxes
Tax compliance (direct & indirect), coordination with tax advisors, and transfer pricing documentation. - HR
Oversee recruitment, performance management, C&B, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. - Legal
Contract management, regulatory compliance, liaison with authorities, and support governance & compliance programs. - Purchasing & Logistics
Supervise procurement activities and manage tobacco transportation & export documentation. - IT
Provide first-level IT support and coordinate with Group IT Team.
