Core Responsibilities:
Manage and process key operational transactions, including the creation of sales and purchase invoices.
Ensure accurate recording of all factory/production-related transactions.
Must be highly proficient and fluent in the accounting system for data navigation and detailed input.
Perform specific detailed input tasks as required by various accounting sections.
Analyze transaction flow (journal entry impact) and the ultimate effect on the General Ledger and Financial Statements.
Actively perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve data or posting errors within the system.
Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle for one company entity, from source document collection and detailing, up to generating accurate monthly and annual Financial Statements.
Demonstrate strong focus on detailing, proactively seeking out and verifying source data and documents.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
Mandatory proficiency/fluency in ERP/Accounting Systems for daily operations.
Strong experience managing the full accounting cycle (A/P, A/R, Inventory, and GL closing).
Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to meticulously trace data and documentation.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of an entity's accounting function.
