Job Description:
Plan and execute marketing activities (ATL, BTL, events, activations, POSM).
Manage e-commerce marketing, content, and coordination with enablers (agencies, vendors).
Handle product registration, BPOM, Halal, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with agencies, distributors, and regional teams to ensure brand alignment.
Support product launches and other projects, including artwork and production timelines.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide insights for brand growth.
Manage budgets, purchase orders, and reports in systems (SAP, Coupa).
Ensure marketing programs meet company KPIs and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in health supplements, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of BPOM registration and import license processes.
Hands-on experience in event management, agency collaboration, and distributor coordination.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision (local team is small).
Willing to work fully from office (East Jakarta), Monday–Friday.
