Job Description:
Coordination with internal local staff (Design Team) and Partner Companies (Vendors)
Comprehensive proposals focusing on furniture, including layout design, interior, IT and work style
After order confirmation from client, Hand over the site management to the Project Manager (PM), but may perform site management (On-site) depending on the situation
Represent company by doing presentation in front of client such as Tender / Proposal Explanation
Requirements:
English communication & writing (Business Level)
Japanese language ability (preferably JLPT N2 or above; certification is not mandatory)
Over 3 years of experience in corporate sales
Sales experience with tangible products
Sales experience in interior, interior materials, construction, M&E & IT Works, or real estate sectors (preferably)
Have experience read construction drawing / layout (preferably)
