Responsibilities :
- Plan shipment based on product availability and customer request.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipment documents (like invoice, purchase orders and bills of lading).
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Maintain update records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
Requirements :
- Experience 4 years of Logistic & Warehouse Manager is preferred
- Work experience as a Logistic Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient with Warehouse Systems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
