Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:

Monitor, interpret and coordinate all civil works and hardscape/landscape ForCon drawings from Consultants with MEP/STR/ARC ForCon drawings and site conditions

Check shopdrawings, construction details, schedules, material submittals, method statements, accuracy of calculations against design intent and government regulations (to ensure compliance)

Respond to information requests from Contractors

Liaise and coordinate with contractor and design team to ensure smooth commencement of works on site

Ensure that all materials used on site conform with approvals – liaise with suppliers as necessary

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, design discrepancies and other problems that may arise.

Must be flexible and pro-active in working with other disciplines and dealing with challenging situations

Experience in below ground pipelines, water treatment, the means of disposing water to the city drain etc. Please note that all structural elements are already been taking care of by our in-house structural team.
Requirements:

Candidate should have degree in Civil Engineering

Must have very good technical knowledge
-
Experience in rain water/storm water recycling is preferable
-
Good knowledge of relevant legislation
-
Good communication skills
-
Good English speaking and writing skills
-
Positive attitude and team playing ability
-
Dynamic and result orientated.

Minimum 5 years experience
