GM Human Resources Development
main responsibility :
responsible for handle and lead all human resources development spectrum invoving : people development, human resources services, HR Administration, ecruitment, talent management, organization development, general affair etc and liase with another business Director and reported all worked function to HR Director and President Director.
Qualification
1. Male/Female
2. Age Range (40-50 Years)
3. Bachelor Degree any major from reputable university
4. has experienced in managerial level especially in human resources field minimum 15 years
5. Prefereable has experienced in shipping companies or another holding companies with employee minimum 1000 employee
6. Willing for being worked in East Java area
7. has good leadership for manage huge division
