Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate administrative functions related to sales and collections, acting as a liaison between frontline teams and executive leadership.
Manage business operations and organizational activities in alignment with company policies and strategic directives.
Implement decisions made during board meetings at the operational level.
Take ownership of KPI tracking and drive continuous operational improvements.
Lead and mentor local managers to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
Administer vehicle insurance enrollments and claims.
Handle BPKB processing, fiduciary registration, and related administrative tasks.
Manage documentation for loan agreements.
Develop and oversee budget planning and financial forecasting.
Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and report outcomes to Japanese management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of sales and collection operations within the multi-finance sector.
Demonstrated business acumen with excellent relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure with a resilient and assertive personality.
