1. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and competitive practices.
 - Manage and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
 - Conduct regular compensation reviews and manage payroll processes.
 - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
 
2. Legal Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
 - Handle legal compliance issues related to employment law, including workplace safety, labor laws, and anti-discrimination laws.
 - Act as a liaison with legal counsel on HR-related issues and ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
 
3. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
 - Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
 - Work with department heads to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
 - Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
 
4. Industrial Relations:
- Foster positive relationships between management and employees.
 - Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
 - Negotiate and administer labor contracts and agreements.
 - Promote a culture of mutual respect, cooperation, and effective communication within the workplace.
 
5. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
 - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans for employees.
 - Identify training and development needs and create programs to address them.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Has CHRM certification is a plus.
 - Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
 - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
