1. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and competitive practices.
  • Manage and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Conduct regular compensation reviews and manage payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

2. Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle legal compliance issues related to employment law, including workplace safety, labor laws, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Act as a liaison with legal counsel on HR-related issues and ensure legal compliance in HR practices.

3. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Work with department heads to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.

4. Industrial Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships between management and employees.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
  • Negotiate and administer labor contracts and agreements.
  • Promote a culture of mutual respect, cooperation, and effective communication within the workplace.

5. Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and development plans for employees.
  • Identify training and development needs and create programs to address them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Has CHRM certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
