Responsibility:
Involve in full spectrum of Human Resource functions includes recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, Employment Law and Compliance and other HR related matters.
Prepare and ensure accuracy for monthly payroll process. Provide related statutory reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with BPJS and Tax requirements.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
Facilitating recruitment, selection, induction, and orientation processes
Assist in reviewing HR related policies and set-up procedure/workflow.
Prepare regular HR reporting and ad-hoc project.
Ensures legal compliance in all HR-related matters.
Foster effective communication between employees and management
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource functions and have experience to manage and lead a team of HR personnels.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge of labor law, compliance and HR best practices.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both speaking and written.
Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Able to work under target and pressure.
