Job Description:
Deal Sourcing and Execution: conduct industry research, deal sourcing and investment execution for growing private companies (Indonesia mainly). The execution process includes due diligence, investment memo preparation, documentation, and reporting to Tokyo HQ.
Portfolio Management and Value Creation: manage, monitor and work closely with portfolio companies to provide ongoing support incl. facilitating synergies between portfolios / Group businesses.
Stakeholder Relationship Management

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
At least 3 years of professional experience in venture capital/ banking/ startup management/ investment consulting, or other investment-related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Quick learner with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.
