Job Description:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure transition of systems.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and business continuity during migration.
Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Prepare post-migration documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in system migration or infrastructure transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and integration tools.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party solution providers.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written form.
