Qualifications
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in legal and compliance roles, ideally at the managerial level.
Proven background managing multiple entities within a group structure and well-versed in risk management frameworks.
Deep understanding of corporate law, contract administration, and regulatory compliance standards.
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and communication skills, supported by high ethical standards.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the organization consistently adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Offer strategic legal guidance to management on operational activities and potential legal risks.
Oversee and drive corporate governance initiatives as well as compliance programs across various departments.
Manage day-to-day legal matters and liaise with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, notaries, and government agencies.
