Logistic Manager
Qualifications:
1. Min. S1 Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, or others.
2. 10 years experience in his field (cosmetic company)
3. Have experience and expertise in the field of Warehouse Management System &Logistic, Planning Management System, Inventory Management, Good Warehouse Practice, FIFO &FEFO
4. Understand and understand about ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, CPKB, HALAL SYSTEM
5. Mastering MS. Excell advanced level
6. Can work under pressure
7. Able to work with data and numbers as well as thorough and detailed
8. Able to speak active English
9. WILLING TO BE PLACED IN CIRACAS - EAST JAKARTA
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Monitor the storage safety of RM, PM &FG items (both quality and quantity)
• Develop a cost budget for the implementation of warehouse operations and distribution based on needs & development.
• Monitor the accuracy of stock data of goods in warehouses RM, PM, FG (SAP/ERP system VS real estate data in the field)
• Monitor the number and age of stock using warehousing management
• Responsible for the smoothness of raw material production needs & weighing division
• Develop distribution strategies & cooperation with internal or external parties (cost efficiency and smooth distribution of goods to customers)
• Responsible for stock needs (raw material, packaging material &finish good)
