- Discover new potential areas to be acquired based on the consumers density.
- Create a journey plan for new merchants acquired to be active merchants with incubation plan.
- Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible.
- Develop new approach for merchant acquisition in the expansion area.
- Working with operations team for the incubation process for new merchants.
- Make sure the team and individuals achieve the target
- Come up with sales boost plan and hit the monthly, weekly target

Requirement:
- Min Bachelor's degree related from state university in Indonesia
- Good communication In English (will report to expat)
- Mandatory working experience in Marketing (Social Media / Event / Performance Marketing) in
