Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client relationships through coordination with sales agents.
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling new products.
Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for strategic insights.
Requirements:
5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in printing ink, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
Proven leadership experience managing a sales team.
Strong capability in managing agents and indirect sales channels.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel frequently for client visits and possesses SIM A.
Strategic, analytical, proactive, and results‑oriented with minimal supervision.
