Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Translation and Interpretation: Translate documents and interpret conversations from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the company and Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other communications in both Japanese and English.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma degree in any major
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken), having Min. N2 Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
