Responsibilities:
- Analyzing information and data that obtained from client to be used as a basic structure design.
- Collecting all necessary data for structure design process (Soil investigation test, Loads, etc.)
- Making basic structure design, and then submit the basic design drawing to Estimation Division.
- Discuss the basic structure design drawing with Structure Consultant, and make sure that the "For-Con Structure Design" must be equal (more or less) with the Basic Structure Design (value engineering process).
- Checking all "For-Con Structure Drawing" that was submitted by Structure Consultant, ensure that everything is according to plan.
- Coordinating with Engineering Architect regarding to Architecture Design, ensure every change is not affect to Basic Design Structure.
- Make revision of Structure Design based on revision of Architecture Design, and continuously coordinate with Structure Consultant for every change.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a Reputable University
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the same field preferably from building
consultant, preferably Engineering and Construction projects
- Fluency in English for Construction both oral & written
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & CAD and Structure design software such as SAP 2000, WTABS or STAAD Pro (REVIT skill is a plus)
- Having knowledge and understanding in basic plan drawings of Structural
- Responsible and highly motivated with excellent communication
- Have strong leadership skill, analytical ability, problem solving and decision making skill
- Able to work individually or in team
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
- Willing to work overtime
