Our client is a MNC who engaged in 3PL/ Logistic industry. This placement will be located in South Jakarta area.
Job Description:
- Financial closing: Manage and supervise financial closing and ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Local GAAP and US GAAP
- Controlling: Cost & cash management, SOP alignment
- Compliance: Ensure all the finance processes and reporting are aligned with the local & tax regulation, including statutory audited report, tax filing & etc
- Financial Operation & Team Management: Manage and supervise Finance operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency are always in place
- Business Partnering: Serve as key point of contact between finance and business unit. Bridge the gap between finance team and key stakeholders, such as operations, commercial, sales and etc. Provide financial analysis to identify the risks and opportunities for decision making
- Others: Supporting the implementation of financial best practices across the organization, Involve in project and ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relates field (Accounting, Finance Management)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same role within 3PL/Logistic/ Freight Forwarding industry
- Has strong knowledge in Local./ Indonesia Tax Regulation
- Has experienced of working with multinational companies and reporting to Expatriate
- Familiar with Oracle Accounting software will be a plus point
- Able to speak English in business level
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta area
