Responsibilities:
Accounting: Preparation of monthly financial statements, consolidation of financial statements for head office, preparation of audit reports, expense settlement
Human Resources: Calculation of BPJS contributions, annual submission of required documents to the Ministry of Manpower, dissemination of employment regulations
General Affairs: Acquisition of necessary licenses, procurement of company equipment, management of facilities such as buildings
Requirements:
8+ years' experience in office administrative roles
Business-level English proficiency
Japanese language skill would be advantageous
