Job Description:
As a Korean Business Support Manager at our esteemed trading client, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and providing crucial support in sales management within the heavy equipment sector, specifically catering to the mining and construction industry in Indonesia.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
 
  1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Indonesian construction equipment market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
 
  1. Project Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages on an ad-hoc basis to support ongoing projects.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to facilitate decision-making processes.
 
  1. Sales Management:
  • Gather pertinent sales information and data.
  • Develop and maintain reporting packages for sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:
  1. Language Proficiency:
  • Native Korean speaker with fluent proficiency in Indonesian.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and insightful presentations.
  1. Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Competence in presenting analytical findings through clear and concise documentation.
  1. Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the construction equipment and/or mining industry.
  • Proven track record in strategy development, sales management, and/or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
