Job Description :
- Sets overall maintenance department goals & strategies, coordinate & align the implementation across the Plants to accomplish company objectives.
- Develop annual maintenance department budgets for all plants with Maintenance Manager and review expenses on monthly basis are within budget.
- Identify opportunities of better cost control & reduction for each plants & propose to Manufacturing Director.
- Act as subject matter expert to standardize maintenance & repair process & procedures and successfully implement for all plants.
- Provide analysis and improve maintenance & utilities performance in each Plant including but not limited to MTTR, MTBF, On time Planned Maintenance, Energy Consumption and etc.
- Promotes a safety-first culture, involved in all aspects of developing and sustaining a safe work environment and ensures that safety program requirements are done at all times.
- Develop & establish maintenance organization from Organization Structure, Roles & Responsibilities, KPI, hire & training of all staff.
- Ensure implementation of spare parts management in each plants include but not limited to Categorization (Stock / Non Stock), Safety Stock Level, Optimal Inventory to minimize downtime at the minimum cost.

- Significant experience in :
- Managing Planned & Unplanned Maintenance
- Sparepart Management
- Experience handling maintenance in multisites manufacturing (min 2 sites) for 2 years.
- Manufacturing chemical company with 24/7 or shift work schedule.
- Chemical/polymer related industry with good safety and health standard.
- Understanding of Technical aspect both of Mechanical and Electrical
- Minimum 15 years Maintenance working experiences with at last 5 years as Maintenance Manager
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- Quick to adapt and willingness to learn new things.
- Hands on, detail & good analytical, process oriented.
- Responsive, quick and strong in execution.
- Have a good drive, hands-on and good in problem identification and problem solving.
- Strong Leadership, good people management and team builder.
