Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production activities for injection molding processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
Monitor and improve production efficiency, scrap rates, and cycle times.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve non-conformities.
Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering for mold validation and process optimization.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years in injection molding production, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of medical-grade plastics, cleanroom operations, and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
