Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or business development—preferably in industrial automation, electrical, engineering, or trading sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC,
sensors, inverters, control systems) is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of initiative, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
- Willing to travel for client meetings across East Java.
