Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounting team in daily operations, month-end closing, and reporting activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accurate product costing models tailored to casting manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production costs, variance analysis, and cost trends to support operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to analyze cost drivers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and cost roll-ups.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a casting manufacturing company (metal casting, foundry, die casting, etc. is a must).
- Strong knowledge of product costing, cost control, and manufacturing accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
