Requirements
15 years experience in business development
MBA is preferable
Preferably has experience in a banking, analyst, multinational company or business consulting
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to travel as required
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, suggesting improvements where necessary.
